Maintaining Your Property

If you are looking to setup your home as a holiday home there are legal requirements and checks that need to happen prior to your first booking. We help setup every property we manage to ensure that all legal requirements are met creating a stress free process for each client providing & arranging the staff to complete all safety checks & servicing prior to opening the property to guests.

Our Housekeeping & Maintenance team will ensure that the property is always looking its best. Alerting you whenever something is starting to look 'rundown'. Wear & Tear is an unavoidable part of owning a holiday home with furniture, appliances and the house being used regularly over time it ages and it is important to keep a house looking fresh for your guests.

Our maintenance team will always be on hand to attend to the property if problems arise from blown fuse boxes, broken lights to decorating and plumbing. Keeping your property functioning and with minimising guest disruption.We will always sort these issues for you and keep you informed of all maintenance that is required at the property.

How do the Finances work?

If you are looking to start a holiday let business, we can offer an all inclusive package to suit your needs and requirements, leaving you safe in the knowledge that with 10 years in the holiday industry we can run and maximise your income on your holiday let.

To ensure owners have a stress free experience we will handle all major payments internally and will deduct all fees from your monthly income such as:

  • Management Fee
  • Maintenance Charges
  • Cleaning & Laundry Charges

A final monthly profit will be sent to you at the end of each month with a financial breakdown of all expenses and incomes for your property.
